William Soo is a partner and director of quantitative research at quantum technologies. He was a senior quantitative researcher at C8 technologies, a well-known financial technology company in London, responsible for model optimization and development in China and global markets. He also served as the chief risk control officer and FOF investment manager of duet group, a well-known asset management company in London. He led and participated in the formulation of the company’s $6 billion fund risk management strategy, the design of risk management processes, the development of risk quantitative models and the formulation of quantitative risk management indicators. He holds a master’s degree in engineering from Imperial Collage LONDON and a master’s degree in finance from Cass Business School in London.
